BLACK BALL BEATS IT ALL: IKEA SAYS NO TO HIDE AND SEEK

The makers of the most frustrating furniture in the world have stamped out a plan by thousands of people to play hide and seek in their retail stores in the Netherlands.

A spirited match of the old hide and seek was played last summer in one of the Belgian location with hundreds of people. They got the word out on Facebook. Ikea has to be ‘mom’ and so no hide and seek in the store.  The furniture giant sited safety concerns as the reason … oh mom.

Ikea says there is an issue with some of the safety concerns but they really can’t do much about it people wanting to play hide and seek in their stores.

Just over 32,000 people have signed up for the event via Facebook to play hide and seek at Ikea’s stores.  Ikea is playing referee and they seem to be doing a good job.
