The Lion King saga continues, this time with The Lion Guard!

The Lion Guard: Return of the Roar will follow Simba and Nala’s second-born son, Kion, who’s responsible for leading the Lion Guard, which is sort of the military for the Pride Lands. He rounds up a group of his friends, which include a honey badger, an egret, a cheetah, and a hippo, to solve problems in the kingdom.

Some of the original voice actors will be back as well. The movie airs on Disney Junior, which means that it’s aired towards slightly younger kids than the original
