The 25-year-old, who calls herself a ‘nature groupie’, treks through mountainous terrain with Hadlie on her back, before rock climbing together with ropes and harnesses.

And Hadlie has been practicing her skills on an indoor rock wall at home since she was just 18 months old.

Morgan, from Phoenix, Arizona, said: ‘We started out very basic, short hikes, local to where I live and just grew from there.

‘It’s important for kids to be in touch with nature – we get so lost behind technology.

‘I want Hadlie to appreciate life and I don’t think there’s any better way for her to learn, grow and have gratitude than to be friends with Mother Earth.’

She added: ‘I love that we are creating all these memories of traveling, camping, climbing and just being outside together.’
