Ice Castles Are Coming To Edmonton!!!

Edmonton is embracing it’s freezing climate and welcoming Canada’s FIRST ICE CASTLES!!!!

TRUST ME, they look amazing. Hawrelak Park is welcoming these incredible ice castles that should be ready for you to explore in the new year!! They open December 30th, and run until March of 2016. The winter wonderland, equipped with tunnels AND a throne room, is an acre in size and was HANDCRAFTED. By HANDS. Peoples TWO HANDS built this.

And you’ll want to stick around until nightfall, because there’s thousands of LED lights in the icicles!! Check out some of the photos below!!!
