If you have little kids in your life, or if you yourself sit like this, STOP!

  • It’s called the ‘W’ position, based on the shape your legs make. Most people already know that it’s not a good position for your body, but it looks like some FOOLS are still out there ‘W’ sitting away!

  • Kids sit like this a lot because they are young and hyper flexible etc. You probably sat like this as a kid too. It causes ‘trunk rotation’. It’s got nothing to do with elephants. BASICALLY you don’t develop proper balance, meaning things like catching a ball are super difficult. OR! You might end up pigeon toed! OR with back problems, knee problems, hip prob- you know what…JUST DON”T LET YOU OR YOUR CHILD SIT LIKE THIS OKAY!!?
