Forget about Taco Tuesdays, it’s Taco EVERYDAY.

Move to Kentucky because you can now study tacos at the University of Kentucky. This semester, the school started offering “Taco Literacy: Public Advocacy and Mexican Food in the US South.” You DON’T get to eat tacos all class, which is what I thought at first and was very sad when that wasn’t the case, BUT you get to learn about taco history, and what food is cooler than a taco???

In honour of you and I moving to Kentucky to go back to university, here’s a ton of tacos to make your mouth water.

It’s definitely not Tuesday, but I think I need a taco now.
