An Albertan Woman is Suing The West Ed Waterpark For $50,000

This Albertan woman is suing the Water Park $50,000 after she hurt her big toe going down a water slide.

Nicole Rae Sanders (the woman who hurt her toes) says the incident happened on Feb. 15. 2014. That’s 2 years ago.

Sanders says she was “lawfully proceeding through the Blue Bullet waterslide” [when] “suddenly and without warning, her left big toe was caught in a drain.”

Her injury resulted in a left non-displaced fracture at the base of the big toe and into a nearby joint. As well lacerations to the left big toe and swelling in her left foot.

Sanders also claims she suffered mentally after the incident.

West Edmonton Mall and the Water park haven’t released any statements yet.
