This Albertan woman is suing the Water Park $50,000 after she hurt her big toe going down a water slide.

  • Nicole Rae Sanders (the woman who hurt her toes) says the incident happened on Feb. 15. 2014. That’s 2 years ago.

  • Sanders says she was “lawfully proceeding through the Blue Bullet waterslide” [when] “suddenly and without warning, her left big toe was caught in a drain.”

  • Her injury resulted in a left non-displaced fracture at the base of the big toe and into a nearby joint. As well lacerations to the left big toe and swelling in her left foot.

  • Sanders also claims she suffered mentally after the incident.

  • West Edmonton Mall and the Water park haven’t released any statements yet.
