First Edmonton Snowfall Causes 60 Collisions

Yep, you’re reading that right.

A dreaded layer of snow now lays on Edmonton’s ground and let me be the (not) first to say, I’M NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT!

Remember the days when even at Christmas there wasn’t snow yet? Oh, you don’t remember those days? Yeah, me neither. #Alberta

But of course, with the snow comes teeeeeerrified drivers. The Edmonton Police responded to 60 collisions in a matter of 17 hours, including 9 hit-and-runs!

Yeah Oprah, seriously! Luckily, as today no fatalities have been reported. The snow and sleet is expected to stay all Thanksgiving long weekend, so BE SAFE!
