Would you been all in for a 30km/h speed limit in Junior High schools in and around the city?

A report that was tabled Thursday afternoon recommends expanding the 30 km/h speed limit to 44 junior high schools by September 2017. A review of whether the lower speed limit should be implemented in playground zones will follow of course!
