The Edmonton Police Service will be running an ‘Active Shooter Training Exercise’ today at Rogers Place, City Hall, and Commonwealth Stadium.

The training started this morning at 5am and will continue till 2:30 this afternoon.

EPS are asking people to AVOID these areas, and if you are near them and see ambulances or hear loud bangs and shouting, please DON’T call 911 as it is a training session with actors.

The actors have been asked to make it as realistic as possible.
