“My faith in humanity is restored.”

Mine too, 96 year old man.

On Wednesday afternoon, the Edmonton Police were headed towards 50 St and 124 Ave when they were flagged down by a familiar smiling face. The man who flagged them down is homeless, and is always extremely friendly to everyone who comes across him.

He told the police he found a wallet a few minutes earlier and would like them to track down the man it belonged to! The wallet had cash, ID’s, a prescription, as well as a debit and credit card inside. Of course, the police took it and located the man.

The wallet belonged to a 96 year old Edmonton man, and police said him and his son couldn’t believe the wallet was returned completely intact. For the homeless mans’ kind act, the elderly man took the money out of his wallet and told the police to track the man down and give him the money! I’M NOT CRYING, YOU ARE.
