Puppy Loses Leg After Getting It Caught In A Trap :(

Bahhhhh I’m bawling :,(

The puppy’s name is Fleece, and he is a German Shepard mix.

Fleece was brought to the Winnipeg Humane Society after a trapper found him and his leg mangled in a trap about a month ago.

The puppy was surrendered by its owner and flown to Winnipeg, but the trap has stopped blood flow to its leg and infection had set in. Apparently he was out in the cold all alone for quite sometime they speculate, because of how thin he was 🙁   and I’m crying again.

The good news is Fleece is now recovering with a loving foster family. He will be available for adoption come the New Year!
