It’s been some time since we heard from Sam Smith.

In fact it’s been at least a year since Sam Smith was in the public spot light, but this recent post on Instagram means new things could be coming from the singer!

Timbaland posted the above pic to Instagram saying, “It was a pleasure working this man.”

Now, there aren’t any “official” reports on if / when new music will be coming…buuut we can assume if Timbaland say’s he’ “working with” Sam Smith there must be something in the works.

 

Smith’s song Stay With Me rocketed him into stardom in 2014, staying as at the top of the charts for 2 weeks.

 

We have no idea what a Sam Smith + Timbaland song would sound like, but based on their deliveries in the past, we’re excited to find out!
