Scientific proof my friends, just how important sleep actually is for the body and the brain…

Sleeping isn’t just important for your beauty, but sleeping helps our bodies release toxins that have been accumulating throughout the day, part of the reason most people wake up and spend some time in the bathroom ;)

I’ve heard the daily average of sleep should be in and around 8 and a half hours, well at least that’s what my high school chemistry teacher told me. Whether he knew what he was talking about or not is the question lol
