Bebe Rexha is one of the few pop stars that can collab with a country band and still knock the track out of the park.

Though her fans loved the genre crossover, Bebe was initially freaked out about trying something so different. “That was my first country thing ever, so I’m like, what do you do? How do you write?,” Bebe explains. “But I sat down with Tyler and he said, no—let me do me and you do you. And I think that’s what made this song kind of special.”

Although she admits to still being kind of nervous about how the track is received, Bebe tells Zach Sang that she loves when fans tell her they didn’t expect to like the song, but they do.

Bebe is no stranger to star-studded collaborations. Her first major single, “No Broken Hearts,” was a project with obviously with the incred Nicki Minaj.
