Demi Lovato has always been open about her struggles with addiction, eating disorders, bipolarity and self-harm. On Wednesday, she thanked her fans for their support following the release of her deeply personal new single “Sober.”

And in honor of Pride Month, Demi is raising money for the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD).

She started a fundraiser on Facebook and is encouraging fans to donate to help the LGBTQ community. The goal is set at $30,000.

In 2016, Demi was presented with the Vanguard Award at the GLAAD Media Awards for her work promoting equality and acceptance.
