CHRISTMAS LIGHT SHOW

Glow Gardens is coming back to the Edmonton Expo Centre this week. It’s a touch-free experience that features over a million lights and tons of fun displays. So go, get some pictures taken, and enjoy the very start of the holiday season.

FROSTY PAWS

Check out the Frosty Paws online market that’s put on by the Greater Edmonton Animal Rescue Society. Pamper your pets with everything the market has to offer.

GO TO THE MOVIES

Anyone else going to the movies? Well, theres good news. Last week, Cineplex Theatres announced that you can finally book a private showing, with over 1000 movies available. Theatres can accommodate up to 20 people (depending on public) health guidance, with reservations starting at $125.

VISIT SANTA

The visit to Santa’s workshop looks a little different this year, but it’s still available. These social-distant friendly visits offer a peek into his workshop and a little bit of cotton candy for consolation. And honestly…that sounds awesome.

ENJOY SOME WINTER WEATHER

Gear up for the snow, and head to the Edmonton Ski Club’s tubing hill! Let the magic carpet do all the work getting up the hill and have some good family fun!

ATTEND A SOCIALLY-DISTANT CONCERT

The Edmonton Symphony Orchestra is bringing back live music at the Winspear Centre. These socially-distanced concerts might be a far cry from normal, but, at least you’ll be able to enjoy live music once again.

HIT THE SLOPES

And, Marmot Basin has officially opened for the season! So if you’re a diehard skier keep this in mind as go into full winter mode.
