Huge Success at the Edmonton Humane Society this weekend

LOOK AT THE SMILES!

March 23rd was the start the the EHS ” Clear Out the Shelter ” Adoption Event. So far it looks like a wild success! This is one of the biggest adoption events they’be held at the shelter, and nearly ALL of the adoptable animals found their FURR- EVAA homes. Look at the smiles on these guys! That pupper legit looks so happy!!!!

There was a large amount of animals up for adoption due to an animal seizure earlier this month from a local pet store. Because of the high volume of traffic for this event, many animals that were already up for adoption before were able to go home to a good family as well!

The Edmonton Humane Society was able to adopt out all dogs, guinea pigs, hamsters, lizards, snakes, frogs, crabs, birds and fish on friday. SO MANY HAPPY ANIMALS! YUS!

Edmontonians lined up out the door for FUR-EVER pals.

Evan Lawlor, the Edmonton Humane Society spokesperson said ” We have been overwhelmed by the outpouring of support from the community. A constant stream of inquiries about the animals has been coming in ever since the event was announced Monday.”
