Everyone is paying attention to the Toronto Raptors now that they’re in the NBA Finals. They have put up quite the battle on the court, but now they have another battle to take on; this time in the courts.

Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment, who own the Raptors are being sued by Monster Energy Drinks because they say that the “claw” logo is too close to their own. Apparently this legal battle has been going on for over 4 years. However, just recently the beverage company blocked another (now 18 in total) attempt the team has made to trademark the “claw on a basketball” logo.

What do you think?
