Demi shares, “In 2018, I had a very public drug overdose. Almost didn’t make it, and when I did, it really woke me up.  I had to really take a look at my life, and be like ‘all right, I shouldn’t be here today’, from a doctor’s standpoint.”

I realized that my food stuff…was the main catalyst behind that. I needed to heal my eating disorder, before I could consider myself recovered from substances.  It’s a journey, and I’m still learning about myself everyday, and I don’t ever want to stop,” Demi continues.
