Pepper & Dylan’s Santa Cinema 

Our very own, Pepper & Dylan are hosting another Santa Cinema event happening this Sunday at the Metro Cinema. Congrats to all the winners who will be bringing their loved ones along to watch the iconic holiday film Elf on the big screen! A special guest is also making an appearance at Santa Cinema, coming all the way from the North Pole to greet winners. Ho-Ho-Ho!

Alberta Ballet in The Nutcracker 

Enjoy the classic tale of the Nutcracker with the Alberta Ballet! This show features 120 performers and a fantastic live orchestra. The Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium is hosting shows all week with different times until Sunday. Seats are filling up quick – so get them here before they’re gone!

Candy Cane Lane 

The famous Edmonton attraction, Candy Cane Lane is back for the winter season! The beautiful holiday light display is all thanks to residents and volunteers. Sleigh rides, fire pits, and food trucks will be available on site for its opening weekend! Candy Cane Lane is free, but don’t forget to bring a donation to the Edmonton Food Bank. Zoominescence 

This season, Zoominescence is hosted by the Edmonton Valley Zoo and showcases a specular display of artistic light installations and tons of activities for all to enjoy! Zoominescence has themed weekends and this weekend features fairytale characters! Belle, Anna, and Rey will be making special appearances at the Valley Zoo – don’t forget to stop by and say hello! CP Holiday Train 

The Canadian Pacific Holiday Train is back for its 24th year and will hit Edmonton this Friday! The CP Holiday Train is dressing up in its best holiday gear and will travel from Canadian coast to coast supporting local food banks along the way. The CP Holiday Train raises money and collects food donations to bring awareness for food insecurity issues. The train arrives at 8 pm and the event runs until 8:45 pm. This event is free but bring either a cash or food donation to show your support! See more info here.
