Edmonton Will Be Getting STREET CARS.

Edmonton officially signed the construction deal for the Valley Line LRT.

Yep, it says LRT, but it’s going to be more like the TTC street cars.

This will be a public private project. Which means some of the tax payers money will be involved. But not all?

The actual price won’t be released for another 3 months. It is said though that the amount will be inside the $1.8-billion budget.

They new line will be carrying passengers from Mill Woods all the way Downtown.

So, more construction. Let’s hope this doesn’t turn into another LRT situation that keeps getting extended. Read more about it HERE.
