Ummmm helloooo beauties!! And by beauties, I MEAN THE DOGS!

Shirtless dudes & puppies, do I need to say more? The 2017 edition of Heartthrobs and Hound Dogs is the perfect way to find these little rescue pups forever homes. Because really, put a shirtless guy next to something AND I NEED TO HAVE IT.

This year, Ricki Beason, the Texas photographer behind Heartthrobs and Hound Dogs, has featured beautiful, buff firefighters, police, & military vets posing with the adorable rescue pups. She came up with the calendars because;

So often there is a misconception that shelter or rescue dogs have something “wrong” with them, or that they can’t possibly be good enough to bring into your home, but that is so far from the truth!

Last year, the calendars included military veterans and raised about $30,000 for the rescue shelters included in the campaign! Each dog comes from one of the six rescue shelters she works with.
