So Portland Calls This A Winter Snow Storm

No explanation as to why the snow plows weren’t actually plowing the snow…

Because there is none.

The weirdest part apparently this warranted a snow day for their schools..

The snow on the ground isn’t going to suddenly melt, it will compress the next few days and gradually melt off roads.  Another snow day for the kids tomorrow, and possibly Friday too!
