Heads up folks!

These Rock Salt Lamps have been in for quite a while, known for their health claims, from deodorizing the air and decreasing allergens to boosting your mood.

Unfortunately there has been a recall on thousands because the dimmer or switch can overheat, posing shock and/or catch fire, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission.

 

Three different styles of rock salt lamps being recalled. They’re all sold under the brand, Lumière.

These specific lamps are either one hunk of salt mounted on a wooden base, or a basket of smaller rocks.

If you have one, grab it and check the label!

These recalled lamps were sold at Michaels between July and November 2016.

Also online on Amazon.

If you have one, STOP using your lamp immediately!

If it’s from Michaels you can return it to get a full refund.
